  • DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We ship to most countries worldwide ! Details please check here.
However, due to restrictions from our shipping partners, we do not ship to the following countries: Belarus, Burma, Congo, Cote d'Ivoire, Crimea, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, Libya, Montenegro,North Korea, Somalia, Sudan/South Sudan, Syrian Arab Republic, Yemen, Zimbabwe. We reserve the right to cancel any order that contains a shipping address within a country to which we do not ship.

 

  • HOW LONG BEFORE I CAN RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Order processing time is about 72 hours. Depends of the items you choose are storage from which fulfillment centers (Our fulfilment centers mainly located in Asia Pacific (eg Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, and China) and also United States.

In some cases, processing also may take longer due to various factors (ie; time of year order placed such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, Chinese New Year, and other major holidays).

 

  • DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS SHIPPING SERVICE?

Of Course! Express shipping option is available, the additional shipping fee will be calculated at the checkout page automatically.

  • HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

We offer worldwide free standard delivery services! If you want Express Shipping, additional shipping fee will be calculated at the checkout page automatically.

 

  • WHAT CARRIER DO YOU USE?

As we ships to most countries worldwide, different carrier company might be provided depends on the receiver Country / City and also the items you choose are storage from which fulfillment centers. Our fulfilment centers mainly located in Asia Pacific (eg Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, and China) and United States.

 

  • CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

Please contact us at cs@girlbossfashion.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request however there is no guarantee that any changes can be made once an order is placed.

 

  • CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Unfortunately we are not able to cancel an order once it has been placed.

 

  • CAN I EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT?

If you find your item isn't fitting quite right, we are more than happy to do an exchange by issuing you a store credit to the value of your item (minus original shipping charges if have) if the following is met the Exchange Policy.

 

  • HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Please log in to your account to check the status of your order. If you do not have an account, you can refer to your order confirmation number to check your order status here.

 

  • I DO NOT RECEIVED AN ORDER CONFIRMATION, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation email after 24 hours, please contact us at cs@girlbossfashion.com.

 

  • MY ITEMS ARRIVED DAMAGED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Send an email to cs@girlbossfashion.com with clear photos of the fault(s) and include your order number in the subject line. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

Please note... All color shades can slightly differ in each production run. We also shoot a lot of our photography on film, therefore lighting may have an effect on the color(s) in the photos and the fabric color may appear slightly different in real life.

 

  • I RECEIVED INCORRECT ITEM/S WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please contact at cs@girlbossfashion.com within 48 hours after you received the order, and provide us with your order number along with a photo of the incorrect item you received, we will take care of this for you as soon as possible.

 

  • WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Please contact at cs@girlbossfashion.com if you need to return the products, once the return is approved, our customer services will send you the return process step by step for your easy follow up. 

 

  • WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I PUT THE WRONG ADDRESS ON MY ORDER?

Please be careful when entering your shipping address, GIRLBOSS FASHION will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer. 

However, we will do our best for you If you realize you have made an error, e-mail us as soon as possible explaining the error and provide the correct information within 24 hours. However please understand that if the package has already been shipped that we are unable to alter the destination address at this stage.

It will be great if you add the subject title: URGENT - SHIPPING ADDRESS ERROR, will help our CS Team to pay extra attention to aware of your case to follow up.

 

  • HOW TO USE PROMO CODE?

Please add your unique / promo discount code while you check out on the check out page. Our system applies one discount code per transaction or order placed.
